Hi i am from uttar Pradesh i reached at this hotel at March with my wife but the night when I we take some tym out side and enter the hotel for stay all the staff boy seeing like ghost she was afraid and sudden some employee come out with alcohol bottle and mainly a boy too much bad habbit doing who was setting on the reception after some hour i have to leave the hotel for this reason this not a family hotel every family need to safety and security but at this hotel all the staff is good .. be careful 76510 53170 this is the number of receptionist..

Only location is good else nothing good. No room service, no drinking water, very dirty pillow covers, no clock inside the room, no mat near the bed, very poor food service. You will not find anything between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. no room service, no tea, no food. Rooms are not cleaned daily if anyone stay for more than one day.

This hotel has a lovely romantic view. rooms are very spacious, clean and 24hrs hot water according to price. No stairs.. staffs are very helpful and are always ready to help... near lift on mall road.. we had plans for 3 different hotels to enjoy shimla mall road and views but we stayed there for 5days.

Visited simla for valentine day. Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. Basic accommodation. Don't expect anything fancy. Rooms are clean, staff is warm, food is great. Staff tries to take care of your every need. Best part is, it's ON THE MALL ROAD JUST BEST TO THE MALL ROAD LIFT. Warm water in bathroom is available for full day, extra pillows, towels, etc, can be asked for. They do charge for the room heater though. Overall an amazing experience. Prefer the ground floor rooms as the view is breathtaking. We were given the option of a bigger room in basement and a smaller room on ground floor. I chose the ground floor room and it was a better decision.

This property is located just at the beginning of the famous mall road, and bags all points for this location! Just 100 meters walk from the tourism lift and you are there.. no steep climbs! Talking about rooms, super deluxe room is quite good, extremely spacious and comfy! No valley views from the room, but awesome views from tha balcony jus outside their pathway which leads to the rooms! Food.. lipsmacking and an awesome variety to chose from! I especially liked their kadhai paneer! There is no wifi in this hotel, but you dont miss that as you can roam around mall road in your leisure time and explore shimla in the best way without any hassles if you are staying here! Staff is very nice and great hospitality from their end! Kudos to rock sea for making our stay comfortable and looking forward to another visit!
